We build the AI layer your business actually needs.
GREA is the AI-and-software arm of GASBRK, a holding company that invests in, operates, and builds small businesses. Custom SaaS, automation agents, apps for web, desktop and mobile, and the deployments that carry them.

Every number on this page is countable from the ventures listed further down. Nothing here is a projection.
The sorbent media train, stage by stage.
A holding company that builds software for businesses should be able to show one of its own processes. This is LCHWM's: the chemistry R&D firm in Longmont, Colorado, which handles all the chemistry in the holding, supported by GREA and Claude Science. Spent solvent comes in, four media beds clean it, purified solvent comes out, and the media goes back to the head of the train.
Solvent, spent to purified
The flow diagram needs WebGL. The seven stages are listed to the right in order, which is the same information.
-
Stage 00
Intake
Spent solvent and extraction byproduct arrive from hemp processors. Solvent Distribution collects that material nationwide. Here it is the input, not a waste stream.
Software surface Intake logging and lot tracking: a custom database and the app around it, so material traces back to the processor it came from.
-
Stage 01
Activated carbon
First bed. The stream enters at the top and percolates down through activated carbon, which takes the heavy organics and the colour out of it.
Software surface Bed state and breakthrough alerting, built as automation agents rather than as a dashboard nobody opens.
-
Stage 02
Ion-exchange resin
Second bed. Ion-exchange resin swaps the ionic load out of the stream. A bed saturates from the top down, so the outlet says more about its state than the inlet does.
Software surface Regeneration scheduling and run records, as web and desktop surfaces over the same data.
-
Stage 03
Molecular sieve
Third bed. A molecular sieve separates by pore size. The molecules that fit are held, and the ones that do not pass through.
Software surface Lab results pulled from vendor portals that have no API, using Playwright for real browser control.
-
Stage 04
Biochar
Fourth bed. Biochar polishes whatever the first three beds left behind. It is the last thing the solvent touches before it is clean.
Software surface Throughput analysis on whichever compute surface fits it: Groq, SambaNova, Cerebras, or quantum.
-
Stage 05
Output
Purified solvent leaves the train and goes back into service. What arrived as spent material leaves as product.
Software surface Output certificates generated from the run record, rather than typed a second time.
-
Stage 06
Regeneration
The beds are not thrown away. Media is regenerated and returned to the head of the train, which is what keeps the loop closed and the media in service.
Software surface Cost lives in this loop. Harness systems and code written in Zig, Go, or Rust depending on the task and the compute available.
What the studio does.
- SaaS and consulting
- System design, build, and deployment for businesses.
- App development
- Web, desktop, and mobile.
- API key repository
- A catalog of API keys that are always free to use.
- Compute utilization
- Groq, SambaNova, Cerebras, and quantum. Code is optimized for the surface it runs on.
- Code optimization at scale
- Harness systems and self-improvement. Zig, Go, or Rust depending on the task and the compute available.
- Playwright automation
- Real browser control for work that has to run in a browser.
Twelve ventures and public surfaces.
The train above is one of them. The rest are listed here with the domain they actually resolve to, because a holding company's portfolio is either checkable or it is a brochure.

Where someone else is the better choice.
Procurement
If the deal needs a six-month legal cycle and a dedicated account team, a large vendor will beat us at that game, and it should.
Grant funding
NSF, NIH, EPA, DOE and USDA are programs LCHWM targets. Targeted is not awarded, and we do not present them as held.
Separate entities
Axion runs on its own. It shares no grant funding with LCHWM.
Numbers
Not everything in the table above has launched. Where something has not, there are no usage figures, and we do not invent any.
Scope first, no opacity.
Enterprise AI priced like software, not like a procurement event. For founders, CXOs and operations leaders who need custom AI systems without enterprise procurement friction, we price like a software partner: scope-first, flat or milestone-based, no enterprise tax and no meter.
From $5K project builds to $50K+ custom platforms.
